Arbitrarum DAO proposes to release 30800 ETH to support recovery

According to the Arbitrum DAO, they are currently voting on a proposal to release 30800 ETH to support the rsETH fund recovery plan. If approved, the assets will be held by Aave and cannot be transferred, pledged, or reused.
