According to The Wall Street Journal, the US Navy has resumed assisting ships in crossing the Strait of Hormuz. A Greek supertanker carrying 2 million barrels of crude oil has been escorted in waters near the coast of Oman and is heading towards India to deliver goods. This marks the restart of the 'Freedom Plan'. US military officials have stated that they plan to assist around 10 vessels, including super tankers and container ships, in crossing the waters in the coming days.
