Korean Securities and OKX plan to acquire 40% stake in Coinone
According to Edaily, South Korean investment securities will sign an agreement with OKX on the 29th to acquire 20% of the shares of South Korean cryptocurrency exchange Coinone, totaling 40%. The total acquisition amount is expected to be 500 billion to 600 billion Korean won (approximately 332 million to 398 million US dollars), and the transaction will be completed through the issuance of new shares, with the existing major shareholder's operating rights remaining unchanged.
