The United States and Iran reach a 60 day memorandum of understanding

According to the AXIOS website, two US officials stated that US and Iranian negotiators have reached a 60 day memorandum of understanding to extend the ceasefire and initiate negotiations on Iran's nuclear program, but President Trump has not yet approved it.
