Zheng Zhajie: State owned enterprises should accelerate green transformation and ensure energy security

On June 2nd, Zheng Zhajie, Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, presided over a symposium with seven state-owned enterprises, including China Ocean Shipping Group and China Coal Science and Industry Corporation, to discuss topics such as deepening state-owned enterprise reform, promoting a unified national market, green and low-carbon development, and energy security. He demanded that state-owned enterprises optimize and restructure, enhance their technological innovation, industrial control, and security capabilities, build a unified market infrastructure and modern circulation network, accelerate green transformation and clean and efficient coal utilization, and support the coordinated development of private and small and medium-sized enterprises.
