SpaceX will be priced at $135 per share, with a valuation of $1.77 trillion

According to Bloomberg, SpaceX disclosed in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission that the company plans to issue 556 million shares at a price of $135 per share to raise $75 billion in funds. At this price, SpaceX's valuation will reach $1.77 trillion, surpassing Tesla's valuation of approximately $1.6 trillion and becoming the seventh largest publicly traded company in the United States. SpaceX plans to go public on NASDAQ on June 12th.
