Goldman Sachs collaborates with multiple institutions to launch blockchain native real estate fund

Goldman Sachs announced a partnership with Apex Group, Archax, Ownera, and LRC Group to launch a blockchain native real estate fund. This fund combines traditional fund architecture with blockchain native issuance mode, and fund shares are tokenized through the GS DAP platform. LRC Group serves as the fund manager, Archax is responsible for custody and distribution, and Ownera provides connectivity services. Mathew McDermott, Global Head of Digital Assets at Goldman Sachs, stated that this model can accurately invest in real estate assets and simplify share transfers.
