Cosmos Labs acquires Mintscan and establishes Korean subsidiary

According to Cosmos Labs, on June 4th, Cosmos Labs acquired the Cosmos blockchain explorer Mintscan and established a new subsidiary Cosmos Labs Korea in Seoul, responsible for the construction of Cosmos ecosystem infrastructure. Co CEO Barry Plunkett stated that the transaction negotiations began in October 2025, initiated by the co founders of South Korean cryptocurrency company Stamper. The transaction amount and related details have not been disclosed.
