Shielded Labs collaborates with multiple parties to propose Ironwood proposal

According to Shielded Labs, they are collaborating with the Zcash Foundation, Tachyon Group, Valar Group, and ZODL to propose the "Ironwood" proposal to restore the ability for users to verify the reliability of Zcash circulation supply. After activating Ironwood, users can verify the total Zcash flow by calculating the active fund pool balance, without considering other user behaviors or waiting for Orchard fund pool migration.
