Brian Armstrong stated on X platform that Coinbase has been approved to provide global cryptocurrency perpetual contract trading services in the United States. About 0.5% of the perpetual contract trading volume comes from US users using overseas platforms via VPN. Coinbase has been approved to enable US users to access the perpetual contract market that connects global liquidity. The US market is interconnected with the international market.
