Asset Management Association of China restricts the number of times fund managers update their thematic investment portfolios

The Asset Management Association of China has released guidelines that limit fund managers from actively updating their thematic investments or style libraries no more than 12 times per year. Passive updates (including changes that only remove securities) are not included in the restrictions. The fund manager may agree with the custodian on a regular or irregular update schedule and other passive update situations.
