CFTC Chairman appoints Donald Battle as Chief Data Innovation Officer and J Matthew Haws as Senior Advisor

CFTC Chairman Michael S. Selig has appointed Donald Battle as Chief Data Innovation Officer and J Matthew Haws as Senior Advisor to the Chairman's Office and Head of the Chicago Region. Donald Battle will serve in the Data Division and Innovation Working Group, having previously served as Senior Advisor to the SEC Crypto Task Force and Assistant Director of the Enforcement Data Science Group. J Matthew Haws previously served as a senior legal advisor at Marex and a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, and will be responsible for regulatory and market compliance affairs in the Chicago office.
