Strategy Bitcoin collateralized preferred stock STRC closes at third lowest since listing

According to CoinDesk, Strategy's Bitcoin collateralized preferred stock STRC closed at $91.79 on Tuesday, the third lowest closing price since trading began in July 2025, down nearly 8% from its face value of $100. Since the ex dividend date of May 15th, STRC has not returned to the $100 level. Due to concerns about the Bitcoin price of approximately $65000 and dividend coverage, Strategy currently only has about 7 months of dividend payment capacity left.
