According to a press release from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Yau Ying wah, stated at a Legislative Council meeting that Hong Kong Cyberport will launch OPC Hub, which provides dedicated workspaces and cloud services, model usage quotas, AI inference resources, and other support for one person companies and small teams with artificial intelligence, intelligent agents, blockchain, or related digital technologies as their core, in order to reduce the cost of early product development and testing for AI startups.
