I have already requested the National Registrar to immediately restore the traceability of data on the forms uploaded by the registry office for public examination. All traceability tools, such as the 'time stamp' and the 'Hash lock,' which in 2022 helped prevent fraud during the review of the E14 forms, have been removed. These data are mandatory by law and are not at the discretion of the registrar. 4. If the number of voters on the day, as counted by the electoral witness, does not match the number of voters in the tally, the polling station must be contested, and scrutiny lawyers must demand that the judge compare voter signatures and identities with the electoral census and the E11 and E12 forms. 5.
