Katz: Even if the United States demands, Israel will not withdraw its troops from southern Lebanon

According to The Times of Israel, Israeli Defense Minister Katz stated that Israel will not withdraw its troops from southern Lebanon even if requested by the United States. Katz mentioned that 200000 Lebanese residents will not be able to return home. Katz stated that past attacks against soldiers within the safe zone will not be allowed to happen again, and Israel will not withdraw its troops.
