ZachXBT stated that multiple reports indicate that AscendEX is delaying the processing of user withdrawals by several days or weeks, or has not processed withdrawals. By examining the known hot wallets on Arkham and TRM, AscendEX reserves lack large cap tokens such as ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, etc. AscendEX was founded by George Cao and Ariel Ling in 2018 and was hacked by Lazarus Group in December 2021, resulting in the theft of $78 million. AscendEX's EVM hot wallet, Tron hot wallet, and Solana hot wallet addresses have all been monitored.
