The upgrade of Beryl on the Base mainnet has been postponed to 2:00 am on June 27th, and the deployment of B20 tokens needs to wait for the registry to be launched
Base has postponed the upgrade of Beryl mainnet to 2:00 am on June 27th (UTC+8) to ensure the full activation of B20 Activation Registry. Developers need to wait for the registry to go online before deploying B20 tokens, which is expected to take up to 1 hour. Base stated that the main network block interruption of about two hours prior was not related to this upgrade. Beryl will shorten the waiting period for Base withdrawals to Ethereum from 7 days to 5 days and integrate Reth V2.
