Momenta launches Hong Kong stock offering, plans to raise HKD 5.89 billion

Momenta has disclosed its global offering documents, planning to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code 6880. The global offering will consist of 19.9383 million shares, including 1.99384 million shares in Hong Kong and 17.94446 million shares internationally. The issuance price is HKD 295.6, and it is expected to raise HKD 5.89 billion. Momenta has introduced 14 cornerstone investors with a total subscription amount of approximately HKD 3 billion, or approximately USD 376 million, led by the Singapore Government Investment Corporation and Fidelity International. Momenta's operating revenue will increase from 743 million yuan to 2.413 billion yuan from 2023 to 2025.
