Ukraine hands over 8.3 million seized USDT to ARMA custody for the first time

--

According to Decrypt, Ukrainian prosecutors have for the first time transferred 8.3 million seized USDTs to the custody of the national asset management agency ARMA. The funds are related to an international hacker extortion case that caused over $100 million in losses. Currently, four suspects have been detained, and property, vehicles, approximately $1 million in cash, and encrypted assets totaling over $11.1 million have been seized. This custody is the first case involving digital assets since ARMA implemented its 2025 reform.
