Cardano wallet service provider SecondFi stated that EMURGO has established an asset recovery fund to return assets to users affected by the attack. SecondFi has protected and restored access to some assets through emergency rescue measures. The team is discussing custody mechanisms with Intersect and working with the Cardano community working group to advance on chain recovery plans. Due to the higher complexity of the recovery plan than expected, the overall recovery time may exceed two weeks.
