SK Hynix submits Nasdaq listing application, plans to raise up to $29 billion

SK Hynix announced on June 24th that it has submitted an application for listing on NASDAQ and plans to raise up to KRW 45 trillion, approximately USD 29 billion, through ADR. ADR will go public in July, raising funds for building factories and purchasing EUV equipment in South Korea.
