Sivers Semiconductors completes 700 million Swedish kronor financing, Serenity analyzes it enters a turning point of scale growth
Serenity announced on X platform that Sivers Semiconductors has completed a financing of 700 million Swedish kronor, which has been oversubscribed several times. The funds will be used to expand the production capacity of InP lasers and optical amplifiers, and promote the ramp up of light asset wafer fab mode production capacity. Serenity analysis shows that the financing price is 57 Swedish kronor per share, and the current stock price is about 63 Swedish kronor. The financing will help form price support, reduce Sivers Semiconductors' balance sheet risk, and provide financial support for its transition to large-scale production.
