ETH Major-Level Liq Analysis: How to Combine BTC Data to Identify the Bottom Even though ETH has performed terribly in this bull market cycle, its level of interest and discussion remains high. Compared to BTC, many people are actually more concerned about when ETH will bottom out. Today, I’ll share some brief insights on the “ETH bottom signal” from the perspective of my own Liq trading system : // As shown in the attached chart: In ETH’s linear structure, there’s a very obvious liquidity zone, which is a major-level Equal Lows that has remained uncleared since 2023. Currently, this Equal Lows is located around 1370. Many group members have asked: How can we identify the bottom signal for ETH❓ My answer has always been consistent: “When it comes to identifying cycle-level bottoms, using BTC as a reference is the simplest and most efficient approach.” Simply put, if we want to evaluate ETH’s bear market bottom price, it might be a bit difficult to directly pinpoint a number. After all, the precision of on-chain analysis for ETH can be reduced due to the extensive applications of the ETH token itself. But if we directly assess BTC, it becomes much simpler: If BTC bottoms out (triggering multiple cyclical bottom signals, as referenced below), then the likelihood of ETH bottoming out at the same time is very high. Combining this with the Liq level mentioned in this post: If BTC does indeed experience the “final shakeout” as I expect in the future, and at the same time ETH sweeps down to clear the 1370 Equal Lows, then we can basically conclude that “the probability of ETH bottoming out has significantly increased.” In summary, if you’re really eager to catch the bottom for ETH, my current suggestion is: “Just like with BTC: stay patient and wait for the best timing.” That’s all for today’s content.
