The only tao PR i will have a comment on as it affects owners directly: Regarding conviction: -there should be a period between the challenge and transfer of the subnet ownership , i suggest 14-28 days, otherwise opens many attack angles + difficult to operate a business with contracts as not even time to migrate of Bittensor -Upon transfer of coldkey all tokens should be unlocked, otherwise you might have locked investment with malice actors -weight for subnet owner should be 2:1 for owner, esp if lending protocols will be introduced you otherwise can do sneaky attacks by borrowing,.. The idea of taking control of bad subnets make sense, the implementation should just be polished so that legitimate subnets wont be heavily destabilised
