Ondo Finance has partnered with Broadridge Financial Solutions to launch a custody based tokenized US securities program operated by a third party in the United States. The tokenization targets of this plan include iShares Core S&P 500 Index ETF and Micron Technology stocks. The tokens are issued based on the Ethereum blockchain and backed by a regulated custodian institution with a 1:1 underlying stock endorsement. Broadridge will provide proxy voting, issuer communication, and regulatory information disclosure services to token holders through the ProxyVote.com platform.
