Major County Sheriff's of America takes a neutral stance on the Clarity Act

According to a Fox Business crypto reporter on the X platform, Major County Sheriff's of America has taken a neutral stance on the Clarity Act after discussing part of Section 604, the Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act. In a letter to the leaders of the Senate Banking Committee, Major County Sheriffs of America stated that based on the review of the bill, there is still an opportunity to strengthen the legislation in a way that supports responsible innovation and meets the practical needs of state and local enforcement.
