Saylor: The biggest change for Bitcoin in the next decade is that it will become increasingly unchanging. Saylor posted that the greatest evolution of Bitcoin in the next ten years is that the underlying protocol will be modified less and less, while everything else will grow on top of it. Capital markets will deepen, institutions will enter, applications will expand, and the world will build on Bitcoin—but Bitcoin's role itself is to become the unchanging foundation. He positions Bitcoin as a globally neutral scarce asset, rather than a payment tool or technology platform. High-value settlements, sovereign debt reserves, and collateral liquidation belong to the base layer; consumer payments, lending, and stablecoin products are built around it.
