Serenity: Rivers Semiconductors have the potential to become the next Lumentum

Serenity has expressed long-term optimism for Sivers Semiconductors (SIVE) and believes it has the potential to grow into Lumentum (LITE). Sivers has recently made progress in the field of AI optical interconnect, including collaborating with O-Net to promote ELS mass production, supporting Jabil (JBL) 1.6T LRO optical module mass production, partnering with GlobalFoundries (GFS) to lay out CW lasers, and entering CPO ecosystems such as NVIDIA, AMD, Amazon, Alchip, GUC through Ayar Labs. The company has completed institutional financing and plans to go public on NASDAQ in the coming quarters.
