Anthropic signs 20-year data center lease with TeraWulf

Anthropic has signed a 20-year data center lease with TeraWulf for the construction of AI computing infrastructure in Kentucky, USA. The first power supply for the data center is expected to start in the second half of 2027, and the initial lease is expected to bring approximately $19 billion in revenue to TeraWulf.
