HUGE: TRUMP'S PLAN TO TARIFF 60 COUNTRIES FACES LEGAL CHALLENGE Democratic state attorneys general have filed a formal letter opposing the Trump administration's plan to impose tariffs of up to 12.5% on imports from 60 countries over forced labor concerns. The USTR proposed the tariffs under Section 301 after determining the countries had failed to ban goods made with forced labor. The targeted economies include China, the European Union and Japan.
