Singapore responds to Section 301 investigation and is in talks with the Office of the United States Trade Representative

On July 7th, Singapore responded to the Section 301 investigation by the Office of the United States Trade Representative, denying any unreasonable or discriminatory behavior and stating that there is no evidence to suggest that Singapore is involved in the supply chain of export goods related to forced labor. Currently, Singapore is in communication with the Office of the United States Trade Representative regarding the investigation results and proposed actions.
