RG Coins founder Rossen Iossipov is being charged again during his sentence for transferring $290000 in seized assets

According to Bloomberg, Rossen Iossipov, who has been imprisoned for money laundering, is facing new charges during his sentence for unauthorized withdrawal and transfer of $290000 in cryptocurrency that has been confiscated by the United States. Rossen Iossipov was sentenced to over nine years in prison in 2021 for laundering money through a fraudulent network using RG Coins. If the new charges are proven, Rossen Iossipov will face a maximum of 25 years in prison. US Secret Service agent Robert Holman stated that Rossen Iossipov's deliberate removal and laundering of legally seized funds is a direct challenge to the judicial system.
