S&P Global has downgraded Oracle's long-term issuer credit rating from BBB to BBB -. S&P Global pointed out that Oracle's large-scale transformation towards AI infrastructure has brought about increased structural risks. It is expected that Oracle's capital expenditure in fiscal year 2027 will reach $90 billion to $95 billion, and its free operating cash flow deficit will reach $42 billion.
