A16z co-founder Marc Andreessen joins Federal Reserve AI working group
The Federal Reserve announced that Marc Andreessen, co-founder of a16z, has joined the Productivity and Employment Working Group led by Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Walsh to study the impact of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies on economic growth, job markets, and productivity. The members of the working group include Stanford University economics professor Charles I. Jones and Microsoft Executive Vice President and Xbox Head Asha Sharma.
