Buffett's Formula: If you take 28% and multiply it by 33%, then by 17%, then by 22%, and finally by zero, the answer is zero. You absolutely cannot allow a zero to appear in your investment sequence. Too many people have achieved insanely impressive, envy-inducing god-tier returns. But it all fell apart because they accidentally hit a 'zero' along the way. Whether it was due to over-leveraging and getting liquidated, or stepping on a landmine with an asset that went to zero. Everything gets wiped out in an instant, and you're forced back to square one.
