Flap implements a 2% purchase limit for Robinhood Chain tokens without transaction tax

The token issuance platform Flap has implemented a 2% purchase limit for single wallet non transaction tax tokens on Robinhood Chain during the joint curve phase. Token developers have no limit on their first purchase, and there are no restrictions on all sales. After graduation, the 2% purchase limit for tokens will be lifted and they can be traded normally on DEX.
