Futu Holdings is sued by shareholders for securities fraud in the United States

According to Caixin, an investor has filed a securities class action lawsuit in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York, accusing Futu Holdings and its founder, chairman, and CEO Li Hua, as well as CFO Chen Yu, of violating the provisions of the 1934 Securities Exchange Act regarding securities fraud and controller liability.
