Samsung Electronics has not yet received an order for Nvidia HBM4, while SK Hynix has started mass production and shipment

According to sources in the semiconductor industry cited by South Korean media outlet Dealsite, Samsung Electronics has not yet received a production order from Nvidia for the HBM4 chip, and its current revenue is limited to paid test samples; Competitor SK Hynix has officially launched mass production and shipment of the 12 layer HBM4 for Nvidia, and will expand its shipment scale starting from September.
