Jianan Technology received Nasdaq's initial non-compliance notice on January 14, 2026, with an initial 180 day grace period expiring on July 13. Jianan Technology will transfer its listing from NASDAQ Global Market to NASDAQ Capital Market on July 1st, and its ADS will continue to be traded under the code "CAN" on NASDAQ Capital Market.
