Anton Bukov: Resigns 1 inch and launches new project Second Tier

1-inch co-founder Anton Bukov announced his resignation. Bukov was responsible for designing core architectures such as 1-inch Router, Fusion, and cross chain Swap. Bukov stopped participating in the company's operations at the end of November 2025 due to strategic direction and leadership differences, but still retained his co-founder status and 50% stake. Bukov announced the launch of a new project, Second Tier (tier. xyz), aimed at building a secure and efficient blockchain infrastructure that shortens the distance between users' "Economic Intent" and their "Execution".
