Keyrock completes acquisition of BlockFills institutional trading and brokerage business for $3.25 million

According to The Block, Keyrock has completed the acquisition of BlockFills' institutional trading and brokerage business for $3.25 million. Keyrock has acquired BlockFills' trading technology, institutional client relations, and derivatives trading team, and has obtained a CIMA registered entity in the Cayman Islands. It also plans to apply for FCA authorization in the UK.
