Exponential View report points out that AI industry revenue has reached a critical point

According to a report released by Exponential View, the revenue of the AI industry has reached a critical threshold. The AI related sales revenue of global hyper scale cloud service providers and emerging cloud service providers reached approximately $25 billion, surpassing the estimated depreciation cost of $21 billion corresponding to AI data center and chip investments for the second consecutive quarter. The sources of AI revenue include AI cloud services, GPU computing power leasing, large model APIs, enterprise AI software, and generative AI applications. At present, the profit margin of the industry is limited, and the income mainly verifies the sustainability of infrastructure investment.
