Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo joins OKX board of directors

OKX announced that former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has officially joined the company's board of directors. Andrew Cuomo will serve as OKX's US market regulatory and institutional strategic advisor from 2023. OKX established a joint venture with Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) in June this year, with Andrew Cuomo serving as co chairman. ICE made a strategic investment in OKX in March this year, with a valuation of $25 billion at the time.
