The US government has banned foreign users from using Anthropic's top models Fable and Mythos. Pei Jingxun pointed out that cutting-edge AI models have strategic attributes similar to nuclear weapons, and some countries have a strong demand to control top-level AI systems. South Korea is developing a special plan and coordinating with government departments to independently develop cutting-edge AI models to create a global level of artificial intelligence competitiveness.
