The Chinese Ministry of Commerce reminds that Brazil's imported beef has reached 80% of the quantity specified in the safeguard measures

The Chinese Ministry of Commerce has released a notice on the implementation of beef security measures for the year 2026. Beef imported from Brazil will reach 80% of the specified quantity on July 21, 2026. If it reaches 100%, an additional 55% tariff will be imposed on top of the current tariff.
