CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost pointed out that traditional financial assets account for a significant proportion of trading volume on cryptocurrency exchanges. Taking Gate as an example, the cumulative trading volume of precious metals exceeds 11 billion US dollars, stocks are 8.4 billion US dollars, indices and ETFs are 1.2 billion US dollars, and other commodities are 494 million US dollars. Excluding cryptocurrency assets, precious metals account for 52% of Gate's trading volume, stocks account for 39%, indices and ETFs account for 6%, and other commodities account for 2.3%.
