US Senators Release New Clarity Act Draft, Adding Officials Cryptocurrency Ethics Clause

US senators have released a new draft of the Clarity Act, merging the two versions pushed forward by the Senate Banking Committee and Agriculture Committee, and adding ethical provisions for the first time.
