Tether announced that XAUT has obtained Islamic law compliance certification from Amanah Advisors, which confirms that XAUT complies with Islamic financial principles and does not include interest, leverage, or speculative derivatives. Each XAUT token represents direct ownership of physical gold in Swiss vaults, and TG Commodities, S.A. de C.V. meets the requirements of Islamic finance for asset reserve transparency and physical holdings. XAUT aims to provide compliant digital gold investment channels for global Muslim users, Islamic banks, and institutional investors, and promote its financial applications in Gulf Cooperation Council countries, South Asia, and Africa.
