NewGenIVF Group increases its stake in K25. ai to 13%, with a transaction valuation of $250 million

According to GLOBE NEWSWIRE, NewGenIVF Group has signed an agreement to acquire a 3% stake in K25. ai at a valuation of $250 million, increasing its shareholding from 10% to 13%. The consideration for this transaction is approximately $7.5 million, and NewGenIVF Group plans to issue approximately 2.5 million shares of Class A common stock to partially pay the consideration. After the issuance, the total outstanding shares of the company will increase to approximately 5.9 million shares. According to the latest valuation, NewGenIVF Group's $10 million investment in K25. ai corresponds to approximately $25 million in book value. K25. ai is an AI native live streaming and information marketplace platform.
